The Business Central ecosystem meets in person at a handful of conferences each year, and each one has a distinct audience. This calendar lists the main events for 2026 and 2027 with dates, cities and a short note on who each event is for, so you can decide where your time is best spent.
The flagship partner conference for Business Central in EMEA, held in Paris from 27 to 29 October 2026 with around 3,200 attendees expected. If you build, sell or implement BC solutions in Europe, this is where the roadmap, ISV and partner strategy conversations happen.
The big user-focused Dynamics event in North America, running in Nashville from 11 to 15 October 2026. It is built for the people who work in Business Central every day: end users, admins and finance teams comparing notes with their peers.
The deep-technical conference for Business Central developers, traditionally held in Antwerp, with sessions that go further into AL, architecture and platform internals than any other event. Dates for the next edition have not been announced yet.
A multi-track community event in Las Vegas covering Business Central alongside Power Platform, Customer Engagement and Finance and Supply Chain. Dates for 2027 have not been announced yet.
Partners and ISVs get the most from Directions EMEA, where the agenda is built around roadmap, licensing and go-to-market. End users and admins are the core audience at Community Summit North America, with a programme focused on practical sessions and peer exchange. Developers who want depth rather than breadth should watch for the next BC TechDays.
Expect AI on every agenda in 2026: Copilot, agents and MCP sessions are now a fixture at all of these events, so the programme is worth reading closely whichever one you choose.
