How do messages work?

Each plan includes a monthly message allowance. Every message you send to the AI agent counts as one message. Unused messages do not roll over.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade instantly with prorated billing. Downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle. All seats in your organization share the same plan.

How does per-seat pricing work?

Your organization picks one plan (Pro, Business, or Ultra). Each member counts as a seat. Add or remove seats anytime, billing is prorated automatically.

How do PunchOut and Document Capture subscriptions work?

Both are monthly (or yearly) subscriptions for your company, one subscription per company, not per user, with an included allowance, one credit per cart capture or document upload. The allowance refills every billing period; switch tiers or cancel anytime from the billing portal.

Are PunchOut and Agent separate products?

Yes. The Agent is a per-user subscription (you pay per seat), while PunchOut and Document Capture are per-company volume subscriptions (one per company, regardless of how many users), or take the Procurement bundle for both. You can use them independently or together.

How does yearly billing work?

Yearly plans are billed upfront and cost 10× the monthly price — two months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the Stripe customer portal; changes are prorated automatically.
