We're onboarding design partners now and the public GA is targeted for later this year. Join the waitlist to be invited — we approve accounts manually so we can stay close to early users. If you're looking for the ready-to-install product, see Install PunchOut.
Sign in at app.zentriqsoftware.com with your Microsoft work account, then click Request Agent preview from your dashboard. We respond within 1 business day. Mention your BC version and use case in the message — it helps us prioritise.
.app fileOnce approved, the dashboard exposes a “Download Zentriq Agent for BC” button. You'll get a file named Zentriq Software_Zentriq Agent_X.Y.Z.app. Save it anywhere; you'll upload it into BC in the next step.
The Agent .app is separate from the PunchOut .app — different extension, different object ID range, different permission set. You can install one, the other, or both in the same BC environment. If your IT team asks for file-integrity verification, email support@zentriqsoftware.com — we'll send the SHA-256 checksum of the current release out-of-band.

When you upload the .app, BC shows a yellow banner: “This extension is not from a trusted source.” This is expected for every extension not yet on AppSource. Microsoft's AppSource review is what turns that warning off — Zentriq is working on the AppSource listing.
Open Users in BC, edit each user who should use Agent, and assign the Zentriq Agent permission set (shipped with the extension). It grants read access to the BC objects Agent needs and is least-privilege by design. Users without it can still see the page but get a permission error on first query.
Search for “Zentriq Agent” in BC and open the page. You'll see a Microsoft sign-in prompt:
BC admins of the tenant can grant admin consent once, which means team members don't see this popup. If the popup fails with “admin consent required”, ask your tenant admin to grant it (one-time, 30 seconds) or temporarily allow user-level consent in Entra ID settings.

Your dashboard's Getting Started checklist flips the last step to ✓ the moment it detects your first message. That's your signal that the install is fully wired up.
Check the deploy status log (Extension Management → Details). Most common cause: the tenant is on a BC version older than 22. Upgrade your BC environment (or use a sandbox on a current version) and retry.

Agent preview access is manual. You'll receive an email once an admin flips your flag. In urgent cases, email support@zentriqsoftware.com with your BC environment details.
You're on the free plan but your org has been downgraded (expired card, cancelled plan, etc.). Go to your dashboard, click Manage subscription, and reactivate. Chat activity resumes instantly.
PunchOut is the separate, generally-available product — install it here. It is independent of Agent: different Chrome extension, different BC .app, one-time credit packs instead of a subscription. The two coexist with no conflict in the same BC environment.
